These terms describe the use of shopgodsmasterpiece.com and purchases from God’s Masterpiece, operated by Still God’s Masterpiece, LLC, a Georgia-based business.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please review the product description, images, garment style, color, size and price before ordering.

Fabric, construction and fit information describes our current garment selections. Garments may change based on availability and product needs; the applicable product information will be updated to reflect the item offered.

Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors and finishes appear. Images do not guarantee an identical appearance on every screen.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Provide accurate contact, delivery and order information. Payment is due in full when placing an order.

Available payment methods and applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are included in the checkout calculation. Payment-plan eligibility and terms are determined by the selected payment provider.

If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you about the available resolution. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, payment for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 2 business days for standard order processing, followed by the estimated transit time for your selected shipping method.

Processing may vary during holidays, releases or high-volume periods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Custom-order production and delivery expectations will be discussed separately before design approval.

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or other destination charges that are the customer’s responsibility, where applicable.

FINAL SALE AND SIZING

Because our products are made to order, purchases are final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or a remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection. Review the Size Guide and product details, or contact us for assistance before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact info@shopgodsmasterpiece.com within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Once we review the information, we’ll contact you with the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement or refund may be offered for an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us before returning an item.

This reporting request does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Payment is required in full before work begins. Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted after payment, except where required by applicable law.

Review the proposed design carefully before approving it, including spelling, wording, placement and other agreed details.

Change requests must be received within 2 business days after design approval. Requests can only be accommodated if production has not started and are subject to feasibility. A request is not approved until we confirm it.

Approved changes may affect pricing or timing. Any additional charges or revised timing will be communicated for your approval before proceeding.

For artwork, logos or other material you provide, you must have permission to use it and authorize its use for your order.

STANDARD ORDER CHANGES

For a non-custom order, contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee requests can be accommodated after processing or production begins.

WEBSITE CONTENT AND USE

Our brand names, original designs, photographs, written content and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices.

CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS

Provide accurate information when contacting us or submitting a review. Do not submit material you lack permission to share.

Submitting a review does not transfer ownership of your words to us. Publication permissions and identifying details may be discussed separately.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Georgia law to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply to you.

UPDATES

We may update these terms. The version presented when you place an order applies to that purchase unless a different change is required by law or agreed with you.
